  • Significantly improved sales performance, increasing average deals per month from 1.2 to 7.8 and raising gross commission by over 50% through structured coaching, pipeline management, and process improvements.

  • Played a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and development of agents, creating training frameworks and career progression pathways, including promoting multiple agents into leadership roles.

  • Strong hands-on brokerage experience in Dubai, including client acquisition through cold calling, networking, and portals, conducting market appraisals, managing listings and negotiations, and delivering successful leasing and sales transactions early in tenure.
