  • Recruitment and Talent Development Expertise – Recruited, onboarded, and coached high-performing agents, introducing structure, accountability, and clear sales processes. Successfully promoted agents to leadership positions and improved retention across teams.

  • CRM, KPI & Process Optimisation – Implemented daily activity tracking, KPI frameworks, CRM discipline, and sales progression processes to improve pipeline visibility, reduce lead leakage, and enhance overall team performance.

  • Commercially Minded and Results-Oriented – Increased average deals per month from 1.2 to 7.8 and raised gross commission by over 50% through effective sales leadership, agent coaching, and client-focused strategies, earning industry recognition for brokerage performance.
