  • Off-plan sales specialist with end-to-end exposure to the full sales lifecycle: strategy development, investor relations, lead generation, negotiations, and high-value deal closures.

  • Strong background in CRM implementation and sales process optimisation, including the creation of structured, data-driven sales frameworks to improve conversion rates, transparency, and customer experience.

  • Proven ability to build departments and market segments from the ground up, including launching and scaling a dedicated regional sales division within Dubai’s competitive real estate landscape.

  • RERA-certified, client-centric professional known for high service standards, regulatory compliance, and a performance-driven leadership style focused on accountability, clarity, and long-term value creation.
