We are areal estate brokerage in Manchester and we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the brokerage team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems
  • Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the brokerage team
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures and listings
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, preparing documents, and coordinating with vendors
  • Maintain the office's professional appearance and cleanliness
  • Support the sales team with listings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
