They are now looking to hire a Recruitment and HR Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Constantly scouting Dubai’s real estate market to see which agents are performing and trying to bring them to the company.

  • Reviewing all CVs that come through all the local channels (direct emails, LinkedIn, Bayt, etc.)

  • Liaising with our international recruitment partners. Reviewing the CVs they send and carrying out the initial interviews with each candidate. The partners will then do the second interviews, so that there is consensus that the candidate will be the right fit

    As for the HR Manager the focus will be to make sure that all our staff members (especially the new starters) are settled and feel they can reach their full potential with our client. Therefore, as HR Manager some of your job roles will be:

  • Onboarding the new members. 
  • One week of intensive training with the newstarters (assisted by the Partners)
  • Driving around Dubai and introducing them to the various communities
  • Liaising with our PRO to ensure their visas, medical insurance and Broker Cards are issued in a quick and efficient manner
  • Helping them get settled with the basics such as phone, car, driver’s license, bank account etc.
  • Being there for them as they make this challenging transition into the world of real estate
  • Assisting with the renewals of all staff documentation
  • Keeping track of staff leave
  • Assisting the managers with office outings (we like to do something for all the staff every one or two months)
  • And anything else that you might feel may make the staff more comfortable working at our clients company

As for compensation we would make sure that the pay is attractive and competitive for this market and we would also want to make sure you are incentivized well if you deliver.
