Off plan SALES SPECIALIST/UNCAPPED EARNINGS - BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION

Typical day:

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers and real estate developers to generate sales
  • Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, developer information, current trends, and market conditions
  • Generate referrals from existing clients, both locally and in international markets
  • Create social media content related to your area and properties 
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords
  • Working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience in off plan market 
  • Comfortable working with CRM system and adopting new technologies
  • Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Steely determination, financially driven and highly motivated
  • Minimum 21 years old 
  • Driving license
