Job Description & Duties

· Providing quality customer service to both exciting and new clients

· Maintaining full knowledge of internal processes

· Building and maintaining relations with all team members & external introducers

· Attend regular weekly/monthly team meetings

Skills Required

· CEMAP Qualified Preferred

· Experience writing business for a brokerage which was then signed off by a CEMAP qualified individual

· Comprehensive product knowledge & Industry experience

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
