JOB SCOPE
The Trainer will ensure a smooth induction process for all new agents, by managing the candidate profile on the recruitment CRM, once they are passed to the training department.
This will include sending introduction emails, conducting follow-up review meetings, and updating the candidate profile throughout the first month of a candidates employment with the client.
The Trainer will also be responsible for providing reports at the end of each month, using the Recruitment/Training CRM, ensuring all data is updated monthly.
The Trainer will partake in some aspects of the Induction Training Week, alongside the Operations & Training Manager.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring an industry leading onboarding and induction process, for all new agents. To be successful, the incumbent must provide ideas for progression of the induction training, ensure that ongoing training is relevant and up-to-date, and propose new ideas to the Training Manager.

Must have a UAE Driving license and RERA Certification
