This role will play a critical role in elevating the performance of our real estate professionals. You will be responsible
for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive sales and leasing training programs and resources tailored
specifically to the real estate industry. Your primary objective will be to equip our team with the necessary expertise,
tools, and strategies to achieve exceptional results, drive revenue growth, and exceed client expectations.
Design and Develop Real Estate Sales Training Programs:
• Collaborate with our leadership team to identify training needs.
• Create and curate training content, materials, and resources specific to real estate sales, including market trends, property types, and negotiation techniques.
• Develop training modules, presentations, and courses to facilitate learning
Deliver Sales Training:
• Conduct in-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars to our new joiners.
• Liaise, collaborate, and schedule additional training sessions, delivered by our senior team, to our new employees and/or employees that need further training.
• Facilitate role-playing exercises and simulations to enhance practical skills.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales techniques.
Assessment and Evaluation:
• Administer assessments and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of training.
• Gather feedback from trainees and adjust training programs as needed.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess training impact on sales results.
Stay Current with Real Estate Trends:
• Continuously monitor industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Incorporate relevant updates into training materials to ensure real-time knowledge transfer.
Sales Coaching and Support:
• Monthly one-on-one coaching and mentorship to new real estate sales professionals and/or employees seeking additional guidance.
• Provide ongoing support to address individual development needs.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Create a monthly schedule of training sessions and liaise with different staff members where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance.
• Generate reports on training effectiveness and outcomes for management review.
• Bachelor's degree Or CIPD Level 5
• 5 + Years of experience in training and development, with a focus on sales or real estate training preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust training content accordingly.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for creating training materials and tracking performance.
