They are now seeking a Head of Conveyance to join their team and help drive the business forward.

The Head of Conveyance will be responsible for managing a team of seven staff members and overseeing all aspects of property conveyance within the company. This includes the purchase, sale, transfer, and leasing of properties, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic guidance, leadership, and direction to their team, as well as develop and implement best practices to ensure the smooth running of the conveyance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the conveyance department, including the management of the team and workload distribution.

• Ensure that all conveyance-related activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all conveyance-related activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and objectives.

• Establish and maintain relationships with all relevant parties.

• Ensure that all conveyance-related documentation is accurate, complete, and filed

  appropriately.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with conveyance activities, and take appropriate action

  to minimize the impact of any issues that arise.

• Continuously evaluate and improve the conveyance process, in order to streamline workflows

  and reduce costs.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of the conveyance

  department, including KPIs and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

•

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, real estate, or business administration.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a conveyance-related role.

• Thorough knowledge of all relevant laws and regulations related to property conveyance in

  Dubai and the UAE.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

  maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks

  associated with conveyance activities.

• High level of attention to detail, with the ability to review and assess large volumes of

  documentation accurately.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
