1. **Marketing Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and revenue goals. Ensure all marketing efforts are in line with the brand's vision and values.
2. **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals, and providing guidance to achieve exceptional results. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
3. **Brand Management:** Safeguard and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines. Maintain brand integrity across all marketing collateral.

- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
