We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a performing sales team

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed monthly targets
Drive sales performance across Primary and/or Secondary markets
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor agents to ensure consistent productivity
Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing regular coaching and performance reviews
Support agents with deal structuring, negotiations, and deal progression
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies
Maintain strong relationships with developers (for Primary) and property owners (for Secondary)
Requirements
3–5 years of proven Dubai real estate experience
Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role within a brokerage
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market (Primary and/or Secondary)
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams
Track record of consistent personal and team sales performance
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
