We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a performing sales team

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed monthly targets

  • Drive sales performance across Primary and/or Secondary markets

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor agents to ensure consistent productivity

  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing regular coaching and performance reviews

  • Support agents with deal structuring, negotiations, and deal progression

  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

  • Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies

  • Maintain strong relationships with developers (for Primary) and property owners (for Secondary)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven Dubai real estate experience

  • Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role within a brokerage

  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market (Primary and/or Secondary)

  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams

  • Track record of consistent personal and team sales performance

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
