Our client is a well-established, service-driven real estate investment advisory firm based in Dubai, operating successfully since 2012. The business specialises in researching, analysing, promoting, and brokering property transactions across key real estate hotspots in the city.

The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales force, with a strong emphasis on attracting experienced British and European real estate agents, while also supporting volume hiring of local talent and freshers.
This role will work closely with management and HR (already established) to meet aggressive monthly hiring targets and diversify the existing agent base.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit minimum 5 real estate agents per month (experienced, local, and freshers)
Focus primarily on hiring off-plan and secondary market agents, with off-plan being the key growth area
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates efficiently
Actively target British and European nationalities to diversify the current sales team
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for real estate roles
Occasionally support hiring for other business divisions as needed
Maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing
Work closely with internal HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to leadership
Current Team Structure
25–27 agents currently
Predominantly secondary market focused
Objective is to expand and rebalance towards off-plan and increase nationality diversity
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (real estate recruitment preferred)
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
Proven ability to recruit sales-driven profiles
Excellent communication and candidate management skills
