Our client is a boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai, founded two years ago by an experienced investor with a deep passion for the real estate market. Identifying a gap in the market for premium, client-focused brokerage services, the firm was established to deliver unparalleled expertise in buying, selling, and leasing luxury properties.

Catering to affluent clients, the company prides itself on offering exceptional experiences and results, ensuring every client feels welcomed, well-represented, and confident throughout each transaction. With a strong brand foundation and a growing reputation, the firm is now entering an exciting phase of expansion.

Currently home to approximately 15 agents, the business is focused on building a high-performing, experienced secondary market team to support its growth ambitions.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for the brokerage. This role will be instrumental in scaling the business by consistently attracting and hiring high-quality real estate professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting 3–5 experienced secondary market agents per month, ensuring alignment with the company’s premium brand, values, and performance standards.

This is a high-impact role with clear progression opportunities and the potential to evolve into a leadership position as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract experienced secondary market real estate agents

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate talent in Dubai

  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition to prospective agents

  • Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and growth targets

  • Track recruitment performance against monthly hiring goals

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and quality of hire

  • Support onboarding and early-stage retention of new agents

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within Dubai’s real estate market

  • Strong network of experienced secondary market agents

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment

  • Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of performance-based sales roles

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented email.
