Known for its meticulous approach to property evaluation and long-standing client relationships, the business prides itself on quality, discretion, and professionalism over volume-driven growth.
They are now seeking an experienced Recruiter to take ownership of agent hiring and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, carefully curated sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced real estate agents within the Dubai market
Source, assess, and hire high-quality agents aligned with the firm’s boutique values and brand standards
Work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and long-term growth plans
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Ensure all hires meet regulatory, compliance, and internal standards
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of experienced agent talent
Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the business
Key Requirements
Proven experience recruiting experienced real estate agents in Dubai
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate brokerage market
Ability to prioritise quality over quantity in hiring decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, discreet, and aligned with a boutique business environment
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
