HR Operations Executive

Our client is a well-established, service-driven real estate investment advisory firm based in Dubai, operating successfully since 2012. The business specialises in researching, analysing, promoting, and brokering property transactions across key real estate hotspots in the city.
Known for its high-performance culture, transparency, and empowerment-driven environment, the firm focuses on both secondary and off-plan real estate. The company supports its teams with guaranteed hot leads, exclusive inventory, and industry-leading commission structures.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support and enhance the company’s HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update HR policies and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Draft HR documentation including offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, and experience letters.
Manage probation confirmations and coordinate employee performance reviews.
Maintain HR dashboards and internal reporting.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures in line with UAE Labour Law.
Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and labour inspections.
Maintain employee data confidentiality and manage HR system access controls.
Support the implementation of HR policies across departments and ensure consistency within the group.
Payroll, Contracts & Records
Monitor employment contract renewals and visa expiry trackers.
Maintain WPS compliance and payroll-related documentation.
Oversee HR documentation across group entities.
Benefits & Government Processes
Coordinate medical insurance enrollments, additions, deletions, and claims support.
Monitor relevant government portals including MOHRE, GDRFA, and free zone systems (where applicable).
Training & HR Systems
Coordinate employee training logistics and maintain training records.
Support HR automation initiatives and HR system improvements.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in HR operations or HR administration within the UAE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and HR compliance
Experience managing MOHRE and GDRFA processes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
