As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment professional to support both their people strategy and talent acquisition.
Role Overview
This role will manage HR responsibilities alongside internal recruitment, acting as a trusted partner to leadership while supporting the hiring and retention of top real estate talent.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Operations
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour law
* Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters
* Oversee performance management processes and annual appraisals
* Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, and HR compliance
* Manage employment contracts, visas, renewals, and end-to-end onboarding
Recruitment & Talent Management
* Recruit real estate agents and corporate/support staff
* Manage recruitment pipelines, screening, interviews, and offers
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
* Support onboarding and training of new hires
* Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in HR and internal recruitment (real estate or sales-led environments preferred)
* Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business
