A established real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager / Sales Director to lead and scale its Secondary Market division.

The off-plan business is already fully operational and successful. This role is 100% focused on the secondary market, which was launched in 2025 and is now entering its next phase of growth.

The business is now looking for a commercially sharp leader who can roll up their sleeves, drive performance, and build a winning culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and grow the Secondary Market sales team

  • Actively support agents with negotiations, strategy, and deal closures

  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and accountability structures

  • Drive revenue growth through practical, results-focused leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing agents

  • Implement and refine sales processes to improve conversion and deal flow

  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and performance reporting
