A established real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager / Sales Director to lead and scale its Secondary Market division.
The off-plan business is already fully operational and successful. This role is 100% focused on the secondary market, which was launched in 2025 and is now entering its next phase of growth.
The business is now looking for a commercially sharp leader who can roll up their sleeves, drive performance, and build a winning culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and grow the Secondary Market sales team
Actively support agents with negotiations, strategy, and deal closures
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and accountability structures
Drive revenue growth through practical, results-focused leadership
Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing agents
Implement and refine sales processes to improve conversion and deal flow
Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and performance reporting
